BRIAN M. HAND
FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL
Brian represents entrepreneurs, individuals, and companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national enterprises operating in a broad variety of industries, including life sciences, financial services, travel and leisure, and health and beauty. His areas of practice include business formation, business financing, life sciences, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and technology licensing. Brian sees every client as unique with individualized needs. The depth of Brian’s knowledge and experience enables him to provide “bespoke” and insightful representation to our clients, tailored to fit their needs. Brian serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of a number of companies. He is a member of the New York State Bar and the Business, International, and Science and Technology Law Sections of the American Bar Association.
Brian has been married to his wife, Debra, for over 25 years. They are the parents of two adult daughters. Brian’s interests outside work include travel, history, sports, theater, exploring wineries, and low-stakes poker.
